Determining Critical Factors of E-Government Use

Anticipating the impact of globalization and to improve national competitiveness, the government in Indonesia has de-regulated and de-bureaucratized for the simplification of public services. The simplification aims to accelerate service performance in order to compete with other countries, so that manual services turn into electronic services or e-Government. The purpose of this study was to determine what factors must be considered so that e-Government can be successful in its implementation. Furthermore, researchers create a framework on these factors. The researcher used meta-analysis to integrate the findings of previous studies. The meta-analysis method used is sourced from 37 previous studies journals. Based on the literature review, the factors of organizational factors, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and informational quality have significantly affected the achievement of success of e-Government adoption. The achievement of e-government succeeded will raise the level of government performance in general.
