Abstract: Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita is a rare congenital syndrome characterized by multiple joint contractures. It is mainly due to fetal akinesia. Incidence is 1 in 3, 000 live births. It is associated with 300 different disorders. Management depends on the etiology, which makes the treatment different from one case to another.
