The Effect of Principal Academic Supervision and Work Environment on the Performance of Madrasah Teachers in Kota Bengkulu

The objectives of this study were (1) The school principals' academic supervision on the performance of teachers. (2) The influence of the work environment on the teacher performance and (3) The effect of principals' schools are academic supervision and work environment on the teachers performance. This research is ex post facto research and according to the method is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study was the Madrasah Aliyah teacher in the Kota Bengkulu. This study included a population study with respondents as many as 52 teachers. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) There was a positive and significant influence of principals' school supervision in Kota Bengkulu with a regression coefficient of 0.302, a count of 2.209, and a significance value of 0.032. (2) There is a positive and significant influence on the work environment on the performance of Aliyah teachers with a regression coefficient of 1,139, count of 5,174, and a significance value of 0,000. (3) There is an effect of the school principal's academic supervision and work environment on the values of 26,611 and a significance value of 0,000.
