Employees Pay Satisfaction Affects Job Performance in Post-80s

With after 80s', employees gradually become the backbone of the workforce, people started to pay attention to the groups which is difference from the previous generations. This paper will attempts to explore the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance in the after 80s', employees. Through analyze the relationship between pay satisfaction and job performance in the after 80s', employees, the study has guiding significance on the way to improve 80s generations feeling of pay satisfaction in order to enhance the job performance.It also can provide a new way of thinking to managers to understand 80s thinking, retain 80s talent, and promote their job performance.
