Unfortunately there is no quick and easy formulae to use which will provide an instant solution to these problems. The author has explored an ancient Tamil book Tirukkural, for rediscovering such formulae or codes of conduct of employee employer relationship. Interestingly, a complete theory of employee employer relationship is discovered in the book.
