Quality enhancement in Case study reading and analysis for teaching Marketing and Entrepreneurship in a Graduate Program Author Dr.Swaroop Simha, Studio Sarva, 131, 7th Cross, A&B block, NaviluRaste, Kuvempunagar, Mysore-23. simhaswaroopa@gmail.com, Mob7259307452, Landline2977452 Article type Research paper Teaching methodology, case study, Learning, sensitivity, features, prerequisites for case study teaching Inspiration and Purpose The paper examines the Case study teaching method used in graduation program in Oman, with reference to the Marketing and Entrepreneurship Module. The purpose is to understand how the case study method helps the students in appreciating important facets of an Entrepreneurs Life and his journey to succeed. To make the reading of case studies more interesting and memorable, a teacher can try out many ways and methods to achieve a favorable result of internalizing the learning. The study Information is collected to assess, review and determine the main variables for the effectiveness of case study method implementation in a Marketing and Entrepreneurship class in Oman. The data collected is a compilation of students opinion to an activity conducted before the case study reading and analysis. The study has recorded post case study experiences of students in the overall enhancement of learning got from the case study reading and the influence of the pre case study activity. The study records students feedback from 2011-2014 using questionnaire as a tool comprising of open ended and close ended questions for recording the students views. Findings The paper reports an empirical survey of 1. Views on this method of learning for a case study reading and analysis. 2. Prior Activity to a case study reading
