This study uses quantitative survey methodology involving 109 students Community College Certificate (SKK) who has taken a continuous mode of study in community college. The data will be obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using the Statistical Packages for Science Version 20.0 (SPSS V20).The results showed there was no significant relationship between the level of student satisfaction in doing the activity in the workshop with the quality of service of existing workshop facilities. This suggests that service quality is not predictors for satisfaction in doing the activity in the workshop.
